Services Description

CodeCrank.ai provides custom software development services, including but not limited to:

• SaaS MVP development
• Professional website development
• Web application development
• Technical consulting

Project Engagement

All project engagements are subject to:

• A signed Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement
• Agreed-upon scope, timeline, and pricing
• Payment terms as specified in the project agreement

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Client receives full ownership of custom code developed for their project
• Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses
• CodeCrank.ai retains the right to use general techniques and non-proprietary code patterns

Warranties and Disclaimers

CodeCrank.ai provides a 30-day bug-fix warranty on delivered projects. Beyond this:

• Services are provided "as is" without additional warranties
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results
• Timelines and pricing on our website are estimates and may vary by project

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCrank.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Confidentiality

We treat all client project details and business information as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information without your consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Work completed up to termination date will be billed accordingly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
